The Spy School

Each exercise scrutinises the public - private borderline of post-9/11 daily life in a climate where the ethic of surveillance is in the ascendancy and the development of its technologies in overdrive.

The Spy School #3

Students of the E-Media Centre of the Eesti Kunsti Akadeemia present three new works for an electronic billboard in public space, developed in workshops led by Manu and Mukul. The artists used surveillance technologies including miniature wireless cameras.

Suvara

Remix competition in association with Radio FRO 105.0 FM (Linz, Austria). New and established producers (including Equal-I, Chandrasonic from Asian Dub Foundation, and Mukul) reinterpret a traditional Afghani song by Rafi Hanif. Very limited double vinyl LP and downloads available here...
