Abaw Buseu's Genealogy under reconstruction
If two Akha, who don't know each other, meet, they can find out how they are related to each other by comparing where their genealogy splits, which they are usually able to recitate by heart. They comprise about 65 generations back to Ma-a, the mythical founder of the Akha people. |
