Ajay Naidu
is a New York-based actor and motion poet. His most recent film role is in Iain Softley's K-PAX, and features in Shekhar Kapur's The Guru. On stage, he has developed a style of movement that fuses South Indian martial arts with breakdancing, and his vocal talents grace Talvin Singhıs albums. He is currently producing a solo dance/theatre project, Darwaza: a series of vignettes in which he takes on characters ranging from the mythological (Hanuman, the monkey god) to the banal (the cornershop owner who idolizes De Niro in Taxi Driver).

Manu Luksch, founder of ambientTV.NET, is a filmmaker who works outside the frame. She is a key practitioner and theorist in digital arts. She was artistic director at the Munich Media Lab and production assistant for two of Peter Greenawayıs projects. Her work has been presented internationally at festivals and symposia including net.congestion [NL], International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam, Acoustic Space Lab [LV], Edinburgh TV Festival, and Ars Electronica [A].

Mukul is a sound artist and writer. He collaborated for many years with Talvin Singh at Anokha and forged links between the ³Asian Underground² music scene and contemporary minimalists. He collaborates extensively with dancers, streaming media artists, and scientists. He recently produced a piece using a radiotelescope.

Michael Uwemedimo trained as an actor at Central School of Speech and Drama. There he decided he would rather read and write books, so went to University. He is near to completing his PhD at the London Consortium (Tate Gallery, Institute of Contemporary Arts, Architecture Association, Birkbeck College, University of London). During this period of research Michael has been lecturing in Film and Theory on graduate and postgraduate courses at University of London, worked freelance on a number of multimedia projects, curated film screenings and organised festivals and conferences, most recently the Jean-Luc Godard retrospective at the National Film Theatre and Possessing Vision at the ICA. Michael has been playing Capoeira for six years and dances a lot.

ambientTV.NET is an arts collective that specializes in hybrid media projects and installations involving sound, image, information, the body and motion, radio, and networks. They prioritise equally concept, process, and product. Openness, participation and humour direct their work.
